The Gerd Pillow was designed by physical therapists as a sleep aid for people with acid reflux, heart disease, inability to sleep flat, or anyone who needs to lie down before bed. The Gerd Pillow's internal structure is firm enough to support the lower back and soft enough to support the head.

The Gerd Pillow has adjustable straps that let you adjust the inclination of the pillow to your preference. A 30-45 degree inclination is good if you have acid reflux. If you're heavier, tighten the straps to provide more support. Loosen the straps if you're petite or prefer a slight inclination.

If you sleep all night using a Gerd Pillow, it is recommended to use a Leg Pillow under your knees to reduce pressure points on your buttocks, making sleeping more comfortable.

Upper fabric : 100% Elasta® fiber. Soft and stretchy, hypoallergenic, machine washable and tumble dry.

Mid and Lower Fibers: Hollogel fibers are fluffy and firm fibers that help the pillow hold its shape and support the midsection and lower back.

Maintenance

Since the product is large, only the stained areas should be washed or sent to Mr. Big for cleaning using the ReFRESH service, which will change the cover and restore the fibers, making the pillow look like new again, and helping to extend the life of the pillow.

The sheath should be worn every time before use.

If your newly purchased pillow may not fit properly on your mattress at home, you can bring it to any Mr. Big branch for a softness and firmness adjustment service. The service takes approximately 4-5 days. Customers can pick it up at the branch or have it delivered to their home.
