2. Electric bed base

2) 60 days warranty does not cover the following products:

1. Special order products, such as special sizes or special features, are made according to customer orders.
2. Products sold as is, display items, as-is items

3) The warranty period starts from the date the customer receives the product until 60 days after receiving the product.

4) Documents required to prepare for product return

1. Delivery note with signatures of the consignee and shipper
2. Proof of payment for goods
3. Purchase Order or Sale Order

5) Product return procedure

Customers can submit a product return request via LINE at LINE ID. @bighelp (with @ sign) Monday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

6) Conditions for returning products

1. Return of the product along with the gift received from the purchase of the product in full according to the items received by the customer.
2. If the customer does not wish to return the gift, the company will calculate the product price according to the current promotion to collect payment from the customer.
3. The company reserves the right to refuse to return the product if the product is damaged, broken or deteriorated beyond normal use.

7) Refund channels
