FeelAlive mattress interior materials

Comfort & Support Layer : 10 cm thick Talalay® Latex. Talalay® Latex is firm and flexible, helping to control spinal alignment and supporting the entire body without overloading the less-weighted areas. This middle layer plays an important role in good spinal alignment.

Base Layer : Made from high-firm Non-Memory Foam, this support core supports the other layers of the mattress, keeping it firm and stable. The firmness also reduces ripples caused by movement during various positions on the mattress. The Non-Memory Foam base is also lightweight and slightly flexible, making the entire mattress lightweight and easy to handle, reducing the risk of back pain.

Inner fabric : 4-way stretch fabric for flexibility that conforms to your shape.

Outer fabric : Polyester blended with viscose, smooth and thin, woven with anti-pilling technique.

Glue used between mattress layers : Water-based natural latex glue

Jacquard anti-Bac cover : Innovative antibacterial and dust mite protection protects you from germs, allowing you to breathe easy, feel refreshed, and get a full night's sleep. All covers are completely removable for thorough washing and cleaning.

Base layer

mr.big chooses to use Non-Memory Foam as the base of every mattress because foam has advantages that make mr.big mattresses perfect in terms of body support and usage.

High Density

The foam is very dense. The 15 cm thick Non-Memory Foam base acts as a weight-bearing core for the other layers of materials on the mattress, helping to make the mattress firm and stable. The firmness also helps reduce ripples caused by movement in various positions on the mattress.

Light Weight

The Non-Memory Foam base is lightweight, making the entire mattress lighter than a regular mattress. It is easy to change the sheets without risking back pain.

Foam Doesn't Spring

There is little ripple, so movement in the bed does not disturb the person next to you.

Middle and upper layers Body Balancing Layer

Using Talalay® Latex Whole-Block 10 inches thick is a thick piece of rubber foam that has not been cut into slices and stacked (slice&stack).

How is Whole-Block different from Slice & Stack?

Whole-Block is a whole block of rubber that has come out of the mold and has not been cut into layers (slices). Therefore, the alignment of the rubber molecules is completely preserved, making the rubber dense, strong, able to support weight very well and with maximum flexibility. Slice & Stack, or cutting the rubber into sheets and stacking them together, reduces the support quality of the rubber, lacks continuity of the rubber molecules inside, reduces flexibility and the body's weight-bearing power.

Talalay® Latex is an innovative rubber that uses state-of-the-art production techniques to distribute the rubber throughout the mold, resulting in air pockets that are uniformly sized and very small. This is a production technology that only a few countries in the world can do. Imported by mr.big. Talalay® Latex from the Netherlands

Superior support

Talalay® Latex is a firm and flexible latex that helps control spinal alignment, supporting the entire body without weighing down the lighter areas. This middle layer plays an important role in good spinal alignment.

Targeted support, maintaining balanced spine alignment

Talalay® Latex can accurately sense the pressure of weight at each point of the rubber, allowing it to collapse and support specific points and reinforce the concave parts of the body. This is a balanced support (Body-Balancing), meaning it does not only collapse but also pushes the body up. When you lie down, you will not feel sagging, but you will feel the support of the body.

Sleep On Air®

The breathability of Talalay® Latex is excellent due to its open-cell structure, which allows excellent heat and moisture penetration.

Naturally dust mite resistant

Talalay® Latex is made from natural rubber that has a built-in mechanism to resist dust mites and other allergens.

Eco-Friendly

Talalay® Latex that mr.big chooses to use is produced from an environmentally friendly factory that meets Cradle To Cradle® FSC ECO Institut Green Energy and OEKO-Tex standards.
