How do I return an item? 

• Items must not been used and be in their original condition with receipt.  
• You may make a return within 14 days after receiving the products.  
• Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. It can take 7- 15 working days to appear in your account. 
• Products with discount and/or promotion cannot be exchanged or returned. 
• Please note that it is always necessary to have received the merchandise prior to requesting a refund

• คุณสามารถคืนสินค้าได้ภายใน 14 วัน หลังจากได้รับสินค้า
• การคืนเงินจะคืนกลับไปยังวิธีการชำระเงินเดิม อาจใช้เวลา 15 วันทำการจึงจะปรากฏในบัญชีของคุณ
